A Brazilian Inspiration...A Spanish Inspiration

Recently i had th opportunity to view picture albums of a young Brazilian female athlete named Eva Andressa on the internet. I have seldom been as impressed with a female physique as I am with hers. She is neither a overly thin, 'cut to ribbon's' cardio queen, or a over muscled bodybuilder amazon. What she is can perhsps be describred as one of the world's most 'naturally' beautiful women...period! Her genetics have blessed her with basic muscle shapes and a overall overall physical structure that few women can compare with. This is especially evident when one views her abdominal, low back, hip, thigh and lower leg structure. Her upper torso, including her arms, shoulders and upper back, while not quite as amazing as her 'core' and her lower body perfection, is of a quality such that most female athletes and bodybuilders eould give anything to approach or equal. Her's is a female physique that I would really enjoy adding (through my Heavy Zen training methodology) just a few finishing touches so as to make her figure a bit more nbelivable, and a step closer towards literally unapproachable physical perfection. Allshe would have to do is add a few modifications of the exercise techniques she aready does, and try my approach to rapid calf development for two weeks or so, and you would not believe the results. Nor would she. Ah, but she is in Brazil, and thus our paths will probably never cross. Plus, I'm sure she is already more than satisfied with the training approach that has obviously worked spectacularly for her so far. That said, I still think that I could impart to her some mental and physical approaches that she could put to use easily for rapid aesthetic change.

In Spain there is another 'near perfect' female 'athlete' who has entranced and and mesmerized me since the time back in the early nineties when I first saw her on stage competing in the WABBA European Bodybuilding Championships, and subsequently the WABBA World Bodybuilding Championships. That woman is Pastory Munoz. Though dimutive in height, she has muscle shapes and a overall symmetrical physical structure that few women have ever displayed in a bodybuilding contest, in an athletic competition, on a beach, in a gym or on a daunce floor. Her's is an amazing body that is even more eibalanced, symmetrical today at the age of forty than it was when I saw her competing at the age of nineteen! One has only to look at her photo albums on her globally popular Facebooku page to recognize that she too is an 'earth angel' by any standard of female beauty measurement. And, yes, I would love to add a few little mental and physical 'tools' to her approach to evolutionary physical improvement. Her give fabulous genetic potential plus her incomparable will to achieve any goals set before her, would inspire me to give her a few training ideas that I'm sure would add a small measure of 'finish' to what is already a female figure physique for the ages.

So, there you have it - two magnificent women, continents apart ( yet both with latin / hispanic blood coursing through their veins from a cultural perspective ), of different ages, who, in my humble opinion, are perfect examples of what more women should use as paragons of feminine figure and physique for both inspiration and emulation.

I do know that today, December 8, 2011, they have inspired me to sit down and write a Heavy Zen Physique & Figure Evolution training manual that all women can use to make spectacular changes and improvement at the gym or at home without the necessity of hours spent in long grueling free weight routines, seemingly endless cardo workouts, draconian diets, or dangerous pharmaceutical prescription drugs. And the methods I will reveal won't require either a bodybuilding or 'health fanatic' lifestyle. Look for the manual, which I am going to dedicate to Pastory and Eva, in February, 2012, on Amazon.Com
